The experience I had with John couldn't have gone better. We did his suggested pre-sale marketing plan, he got the house under contract at 10% above our target list price within 48 hours, and the escrow closed in 30 days. At the time we also were fixing up the house and John had great recommendations for cost-effective fixtures that gave the place extra charm at below what we were planning on spending.
